A medieval market town in the West Midlands, Stratford Upon Avon is most commonly known for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare, possibly the most famous writer in the English language. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre sits on the beautiful River Avon and is travelled to from miles around by those with theatrical interests.
